Face & Brow Lift

With the abundance of glamor and glitz rumoring through the air of urbanization, the need for ornamentation in the human physiology has also taken a high lift. The advent of numerous modern techniques and procedures has lead to an eureka in the field of cosmetic surgery and various other non-surgical ways of treating the unwanted details concerning our facial anatomy. Face and brow lift, are amongst the various surgical methods of getting a well-shaped facial structure.

Rhytidectomy

The medical terminology used for surgical face-lift, rhytidectomy, is the better way of surgically building and rebuilding up of the human face. The method of treatment is often prolonged, demanding quite some time for the entire face-lift to be performed. However, the goal set is to get a flawless skin with enough glow, sans any wrinkle or the sagging of the skin texture.

The Procedure

Though the procedure may take some time to be processed and finally be done with, yet a lot of care is taken before the patient is subjected to the operation. The patient is generally subjected to an anesthesia, whereby he or she can be spared from the pain accompanying the entire operation.

Then the surgeon proceeds with his method of making a dent behind one ear that follows the hairline from beneath up to the temple and forehead region. However, for the neck region to be straightened or redefined, another incision is made out there.

The surgeon further surges on to lift the skin and remove the excess fat below the skin in the facial region. It is true that the entire process and the immediate aftereffects are at times horrifying for some, yet the final resultant is worth all the pains.

The Ailment Or Problem It Cures

There is no ailment as such to be cured by the unique process of rhytidectomy. It is primarily a treatment for skin renewal and facial construction that is done through a surgical technique. It is mainly used to mend skin-aging, drooping eyebrows, frowning forehead, and other skin related ailments.

The Recovery

The entire process of recovery is dependent on the process of cure. If done surgically, then the entire recovery process becomes much fast and effective a well. However, for temporary healing, patients can also opt for the non-surgical procedures, that are pretty simpler than the surgical process. The facial surgical methods are supposedly to be lasting for about five to ten years, depending on the diet and the lifestyle of the patient concerned. However, the ultimate reactions of the patients have so far been truly satisfactory, with the gaining of a radiant tone in the skin and an overall brilliant face and brow lift.
